Wedding- no stamping #2

I made another Wedding Heart card, By cutting part way down the center of the black heart and folding down Lapels I was aiming for a tux look, I layered it over a white heart and from a scrap of paper I cut free hand cut the bow tie. I ran the second white heart through the Big Shot in the Perfect Polka Dots Impressions Folder. The card front I ran through the Big Shot using the Texturz Plate. I used the new Scallop Trim Punch on a piece of white the I placed between the cameo Coral and the Basic Black.

Loads of Love

I thought this would be a nice easy card for my Open Studio I stamped the truck on watercolor paper and colored it with Watercolor Wonder Crayons I mounted it on Real Red CS. The card is Very Vanilla, On the inside from top to bottom I stamped Loads of love in Real Red. Near the bottom I punched the Slit punch and inside the slit area I punch a hole and tied a ribbon through it. I tore the edge off the front to reveal the words and to close in the slit.

3 of My Kids made cards

I had empty spaces on my sample board and my 13 & 15* year old sons volunteered to help fill it they talk my 22 year old daughter into helping(she doesn't even enjoy crafts).

The first card was made by my 13 year old and I was impressed with his work(I suggested the designer paper when he was trying to decide how to finish the card) he used Loads of Fun.

My 15 year old (with the cutting talents of his sister and some advice) made the second card he used paper from the sweet pea designer pad(a piece I didn't care for) I ended up liking the card. My 13 year did the third with scraps that were in the scrap pile stamp set is Of the Earth.

4th card is another by my 13 year old it didn't live up to his hopes. He used Pun Fun and Sanded. The last card was by my daughter and she says it is why she doesn't do crafts. She used Vintage Vogue.

* My daughter said this needs more back story so that you really understand the cards. My 13 year old was grounded, no friends, TV, computer, or x-box. It was his idea to make the cards because he was bored, the 15 year old asked if he could put Lego on the card he made, all he does is build Lego things, he even made the newspaper because the group he is a member of (ULUG) was part of the train show at Thanksgiving Point in Utah, oh he makes movies with his friends as well... my daughter says "I am a Science major we don't do crafts" So you see the fact that some of these turned out pretty good is amazing. The photo is "team Awesome" Oh my daughter also says "Glitter is the cancer of the stamping world".

Well Scripted- Valentine

I sprayed a piece of Real Red card stock with the spray made with the Frost Shimmer Paint, from this I punch a heart. I stamped the love you much with the Versamark and embossed it with White embossing powder. I used the heart stamp from the set Sprinkles in Real Red, layered it on real Red, and popped the heart up on dimensional. I dry embossed the card front (cut 4 1/4" x 11") with the Big Shot and a Texturz plate from Backgrounds 1. Last I tied the polka dot ribbon at the top of the card.

The hearts from the set Sprinkles are stamped across the card front in Real Red, Then ribbon is tied around the front with the scallops over the ribbon. The Pony is stamped in Stazon but left uncolored. The phrase is stamped in Real Red on the inside of the card but so that it shows when card is closed. Two crayons are tied into the bow.

Big Shot Scallop Circle

I made these a long time ago, the bird I CASEd from somewhere, I just don't remember where, sorry. Because he looks so sad I call him Bluebird of Happiness, that's just the way I am. I had just made the bird when one of my friends said she needed a ladybug for a girls activity day invitation, she asked if I had any ideas this is what I came up with. I used 2 scallop circles for each one. on the ladybug I used the wide oval punch and 2 circles from the 3/4" punch cover brads to allow it to open. The bird uses the 5 petal punch and the boho flowers punch. It also uses the 1 1/4" and 3/4" circle punches.

My Stamp Room

My stamp room is on the middle floor of our house, it was built without windows but uses the same space as the two bedrooms directly above it. My friend works for a company hat makes custom cabinets etc. My desk was built for a lady in California it sold for about 10 thousand dollars, when it was delivered to her she refused it and so I got a great deal on it.
#1The side counter with cupboard below is 15 feet long, the desk juts out at the half way point and is about 6 feet long and 3 1/2 feet wide. Two people can use the desk at the same time.
#2 I use candy jars for storage, one for ribbon pieces, one for tape runners, one for cotton ball and q-tips, one for chipboard pieces, and some even have candy in them.
#3 I have two large bookcases one full of scrap books the other for open studio day cards.
#4 Some of the cards for open studio, each box contains the cut supplies for the card showing.
#5 Counter with paper cutters, scor pal and scrap paper, card display above it.
#6 I store my sponge wedges, reinkers, and ink spots in these drawers.
#7 Paper and letter holder, part of the desk, I use it to store stamp sets.
#8 Pegboard storage, punches, ribbon, crimper, etc.
#9 A work table.
#10 Another shot of desk, the storage shelves on the right are behind the door when it is open. There are two doors into the room with the same storage shelves behind both doors. Not shown is a desk with the big shot on it dies etc in the drawers.
So this is my stamp room.
