The "Congratulations" is from the set Well Scripted in the Occasions Mini. I love the font used in this set! The colors I used were all taken from the designer paper Razzleberry Lemonade, The congratulations is Rich Razzleberry stamped on Whisper White and matted on Melon Mambo. I punched and layered the flowers from scraps of Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry.
