Remember to set your clocks ahead one hour tonight!

I have scraps of the Bella Bleu designer paper left over from a class last summer, I decided to see what I could come up with to use them. I sponged the edges of the designer paper with Not Quite Navy ink and added them to a NQN card base. The ribbon is Very Vanilla with Vanilla Hodge Podge framing the Best Wishes from Oval All.

Asian Artistry- Easter

I don't have any "Easter Sets" but I have two Easter phrases in other sets. I used Asian Artistry for my image using markers in Certainly Celery, So Saffron, and Summer Sun. I stamped onto textured Whisper White. For the phrase I used Easter Wishes from All Holidays, punching it out with the Wide Oval punch and sponging the edges with So Saffron matting it with a piece of Certainly Celery ran through the Big Shot using Lots of Tags. The designer Papers are from Bella Bleu and Tea Party matted with Certainly Celery. Country Morning

I really like this hostess set and the Bella Bleu designer paper almost looks like chicken wire when used behind the image. Watercoloring is one of my favorite things to do when making a card, the little image of the chick and egg fits perfectly in the designer label from the Vanilla Hodge Podge. The card base is Very Vanilla CS and the designer paper as well as the image of the rooster is matted with Not Quit Navy CS. I hope you like this card. Have a great day!
