More on Punch Art Flowers
I had my class on Punch Art Flowers this past week and will be holding it again this coming Thursday night. Here is what I did with some of my samples when the class was over.
My boss at work gave me a couple of magnetic things to do pads, left over from an old order. I told her that I was going to decorate them with the paper flowers from my class, she said if I would make her 5 she would give me more,of course I said yes. I now have a few dozen I can decorate.
The rose was too large to put on a note pad so I just added a magnet to the back of it.
Here are a few more pictures,

Cuddles & Kisses- It's a boy~
I have seen so many cards on blogs that use the Owl Builder Punch for baby cards, I decided to join in.
- The card base is Pool Party Core'dination CS that I ran through the Big Shot in the Cloudy Day Embossing Folder, then sanding the clouds.
- I used the Adorning Accents Edgelit to the Gumball Green CS to make the grass area.
- The coveralls are the vest from the Owl Builder punch, the DSP is Sycamore Street. Mini Brads are the snaps/
- The line is Calypso Coral Bakers Twine.
- On a scrap of Whisper White CS the phrase from Cuddles and Kisses was stamped with Tangerine Tango and punched with the 1 1/4" Circle Punch. From a scrap of Pacific Point I punched a 1 3/8" Circle and a Ticket, I layered the circle onto the ticket and added the phrase on top and added it to the front of the card.
I think it makes a fun baby boy card. So thanks to all of you who have shared their Owl baby cards.

Thank Heaven
A simple card for a little girl. We made this card in my Cuddles and Kisses class. I suggested leaving the inside blank and waiting until it was needed to add a sentiment, I think it could be a baby card, a birthday card, a baptism card or a just because card.
- The card base is Crumb Cake CS with the phrase from Cuddles and Kisses stamp on Melon Mamba stamped in the lower corner.
- I ran two strips of Crumb Cake CS through the Big Shot cutting one edge with the Large Scallop Edgelit(you can run two layers through at a time) I then ran each strip through in the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder.
- I ran a 3 1/8" strip of Melon Mamba CS through the Big Shot cutting both edges with the Edgelit.
- I layer the Crumb Cake pieces onto the Melon Mamba piece and wrapped a strip of Melon Mamba Scallop Dot Ribbon over the seam.
- The flower is Whisper White CS cut with the Blossom Party Die. the centers were punches from scraps of CS with the 1/2" circle punch and the circle punch from Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack. The leaves are from the Bird Builder Punch.
- The butterfly from Papillon Potpourri was stamp in Melon Mamba on to Vellum CS and punched with the coordinating punch.
So there you have it, a cute card for a little girl.
As I mentioned in an earlier post I was helping a friend with her bulliton board at church, as well as making a document for and upcoming punch art class on flowers. Here are some pictures of the completed board.

Baby Tees (or in this case tee)
I bought two Baby Tees Jumbo Wheels and cut one apart and kept one as a wheel. This card uses the soon to retire In Color Calypso Coral and Whisper White.
- The card base is Whisper White CS.
- The front is Calypso Coral DSP from the In Color DSP Stack I used the Finishing Touches Edgelit to cut the the bottom of the DSP.
- I layered two ribbons together the top is 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon in Calypso Coral and the bottom is the Whisper White Organza Ribbon. I wrapped it around the the card front and then layered it on the card base.
- I stamped the Baby Tee on a scrap of Whisper White CS with Calypso Coral and hand cut it out.
- I punched a 2 1/2" Circle from Calypso Coral CS and ran another scrap of Whisper White CS through the Big Shot with a Window Frame Collection Framelit. I layered the three together popping the Tee up with Dimensionals.
- I threaded a piece of Calypso Coral Bakers Twine through a Calypso Coral Button and addded it to the the card.
- I used a phrase from Cuddles and Kisses stamp set, but I only used part of the phrase, I used a marker and then stamped it on a scrap of Whisper White CS and punched it with the Word Window punch and popped it with Dimensionals as well.
So that's my Very Calypso Coral baby card.

Paper Flowers
So this week I have been designing this months Punch Art Class, we will be making flowers. Timing for this turned out to be great. My friend does the bulletin board at Church and asked if I could show her how to make flowers for it. So far this is what I think the board will be.
Next week when we put up the board I'll take a final picture and show what we end up doing.

St. Patrick's Day Card.
So I made my St Patrick's Day card for this year.
- The card base is Gumball Green then Whisper White that was sprayed with Shimmer Paint Spray then a piece of DSP from Be of Good Cheer (yes the Christmas DSP).
- I used the Oval Framelit to cut anther piece of Whisper White sprayed with Frost Shimmer Paint Spray and used it to put my Ribbon Shamrock on.
- Here is the link to instructions for the Shamrock , I found them on Pinterest. I added a Facets Button with Backers Twine tied through the holes to the center of the Shamrock.
- The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes cut with the Bitty Banner Framelit.
So there you have it my St. Patrick's Day card. I hope you ae having a wonderful day with plenty of time to stamp, sadly for me I am off to work and then have meetings this evening so I am afraid there won't be any stamping for me.

CASEing from Pinterest
Yesterday I saw a card on Pinterest that I liked, it wasn't made with Stampin' UP! products and since that is all I use I CASEd it using SU products. Here is a link to the card I CASEd and here is my card.
- The card base is Crumb Cake with the thanks from the Sale a bration set Vintage Verses stamped in Rose Red.
- Three of the tags are made from DSP the smallest one and the largest one are from Fan Fair and the top one is from Natural Composition Specialty DSP I sponged Rose Red on the paper to make it match the look I was going for.
- The last tag is Naturals White CS stamped with the stamp from Postage Due I inked in Crumb Cake and the added more color with Regal Rose, Primrose Petals, River Rock and Soft Suede markers.
- I embellished it with a combination of items. The lace and flower are from the Artisan Embellishment Kit, the button is from the Brights Designer Buttons, the brad is from the Antique Brads and I used Pearls from both sets of Pearl Jewels.
So that is my CASE what do you think?
