Best Year

I used the Best Year stamp set for this card. 

At first, I planned on stamping and clear embossing the sentiment on Vellum but when I placed it over the DSP it was lost in the background. So I cut a Stitched Rectangle and glued the Vellum over it.

You can Clear Emboss over any of our color inks if you pour the embossing powder over the wet ink quickly and heat to melt.
