I recently saw this fold used on a card on Facebook. I googled it and found several tutorials.
When folded closed the card fits in a Stampin' Up Medium Envelope.
For the month of June Stampin' Up is offering an additional $25 host rewards on all parties or orders of $250 or more.

The measurements are base is 4 1/4" x 7 1/2" score on the long side at 2 1/4" and 5". Line the top left corner on a scoreline and score diagonally to the bottom of the vertical scoreline. Move to the next vertical scoreline and score diagonally from the top of that scoreline to the bottom right corner. DSP cut 2 at 3 7/8" x 2 1/4" cut diagonally so they fit the triangle parts on the card base. The card has a focal piece, the Whisper White cardstock is 2 3/4" x 2 1/4" the colored cardstock is 3" x 2 1/2".
