Easy Alcohol Technique Using Stampin’ Blends

The alcohol technique using Stampin' Blends seems to be the current fad in stamping, it turns out it is easy!

I fussy cut sentiments from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set.

  1. Cut vellum to size
  2. Color splotches of Stampin Blends on Vellum
  3. Using 91% or higher rubbing alcohol make puddles of alcohol on the splotches doing one color at a time. You can use a Water Painter, paintbrush or Qtips.
  4. When all the splotches start moving splatter alcohol over ink
  5. When dry spread a thin layer of Mono Multi Liquid Glue on the uninked side of the vellum and attach to a Basic White Cardstock cut to size
  6. Create a card
