I stamped the image on Whisper White CS with StazOn, I blocked out the cup before stamping and then with the Stampin-ma-jig added the cupcake from Short and Sweet, I colored it with Watercolor Wonder Crayons and an Aqua Painter. I stamped the phrases on Whisper White CS with Blue Bayou ink.
