Watercooler Wednesday Challenge 113 - Libby's Sketch Challenge

Libby gave us this sketch to work with this week.
Here is my card.
I used Very Vanilla Cardstock for my base and Shimmery White for the circle. The DSP strips are from Cupcakes and Carousels. I stamped the carousel horse from "Carousel Birthday" on the Shimmery White with Basic Gray ink and colored it with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen. I cut it out with the Stiched Shapes Framelits. Layering on a Calypso Coral scalloped circle from the Layering Circles Framelits. The sentiment is stamped with Calypso Coral and is from the same stamp set.

Check out the projects that the artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created then take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post.

I really like your card. This stamp always reminds me of my younger days and the circus coming to town. A really nice card, and shows how versatile you can be for the sketch challenge. Beautifully done!

Who doesn't like carousel horses? There is always something magical about them. Yours is lovely. I like the choice of papers for your stripes too. Thanks for sharing!
