Watercooler Wednesday Challenge 113 - Libby's Sketch Challenge

Libby gave us this sketch to work with this week.
Here is my card.
I used Very Vanilla Cardstock for my base and Shimmery White for the circle. The DSP strips are from Cupcakes and Carousels. I stamped the carousel horse from "Carousel Birthday" on the Shimmery White with Basic Gray ink and colored it with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen. I cut it out with the Stiched Shapes Framelits. Layering on a Calypso Coral scalloped circle from the Layering Circles Framelits. The sentiment is stamped with Calypso Coral and is from the same stamp set.

Check out the projects that the artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created then take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post.

Wacky Watercooler Blog Hop

Our Blog Hop runs in a circular fashion.  No matter where you begin, you'll wind up back in the exact same place again if you keep going to the "next" blog.  It works the same way whether you do the usual forward through the blog posts or if you work your way through in reverse order

You might have arrived here from Sheri"s blog, I'm sure you are getting plenty of ideas for sets from the Occasions Catalog!

First up is a birthday card using the bundle Balloon Adventures

The card base is Pool Party with the balloon's in Watermelon Wonder, Bermuda Bay and Island Indigo.

My second card uses the thinlits So Detailed and the Stitched Shapes Framelits.  The stamp is from That's The Tag. The DSP is Falling in Love. I used the Bitty Butterfly Punch and a little retired seam binding.

Colors are Sweet Sugarplum and Very Vanilla.

So that brings to the end of my projects and a chance for you to hop on to Deb's Blog! Thanks for stopping by.
