TACO FIESTA
I pulled out Taco Fiesta for this birthday card. The background for the fiesta images is made with Vellum, Stampin' Blends & rubbing alcohol.

Taco Fiesta
Yesterday was the start of the January-April Mini catalog and the start of Saleabration, where you can pick free items for every $50 or $100 spent in either the mini or annual catalog. Taco Fiesta is a punny set from the Mini catalog and the Designer Paper, "Dandy Designs"(48 sheets) used is a Saleabration freebie with a $100 purchase. I actually cannibalized two other sentiments to get the bottom pun. the "Have a" is from a stamp in Blessings of Home and Day is from the word birthday from A Grand Kid. I colored the images with Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen then fussy cut them out and popped them up with Dimensionals.
