Marsha is this weeks host!
I bought my first ever paid tutorial for this card! * I was asked if I would provide a link to where I bought the tutorial http://addinktivedesigns.com/shop/) After making this card from the tutorial
I made this one.
I used the Christmas Staircase Thinlits for this card.
I used Garden Green cardstock for the base and Pines. Be Merry DSP for the layer. I used Wood Textures for the staircase. I used Foil Sheets for the small embellishments. Hearts Come Home is the set I used for the sentiment.
Check out the projects that the artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created then take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post.
I don't blame you for buying that tutorial, Kath, it's a lovely card. But I really love the way you've used it with that staircase, ornaments and tree. You've really made it your own.
ReplyDeleteWow, looks like you made good use of that paid tutorial Kath. Good for you. Your version is really terrific. Love the staircase and tree. It's perfect. Such fun to open a card like this and see all the accents! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful card! This is what Christmas cards are all about! I do love your take on the original. Well done!
ReplyDeleteAre you allowed to tell me wo you bough it from? I'd like to see about buying this tutorial. I really love what you did for this card. The sentiment is perfect.
