WWC164 - Marsha's Feminine "Anything Goes" Challenge

Marsha is the host of our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week!
I made a card outside of my comfort zone! I have decided I need to add additional styles to what I normally make.
The supplies I used are in the Product List. I stamped the image on Whisper White with Basic Blake Ink. I colored it with a Blender Pen and Ink, cit it out with the Big Shot. I cut a circle of Whisper White with the Stitched Shapes Framelits. I placed 2 Glue Dots side by side in the center of the circle and looped the Black Sequin Trim onto the dots.  The image was placed on it popped up with Dimensionals.  The Basic Black Cardstock and the DSP were added to the base a little helter-skelter. I added the Adhesive sheets to some Old Olive and Berry Burst Card Stock and cout out the ornate piece. The Old Olive went on the card front, added the circle over it and added the Berry Burst piece.
I stamped the phrase in Basic Black Ink on a scrap of  Whisper White Cardstock and popped it up over the Berry Burst piece.

Check out the projects that the artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created then take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post.

  1. Wow, Kath, even working outside your comfort zone you created an absolutely stunning card! Love the dimension, the extra glitz of the black sequins, and the helter skelter layout. Great work!

  2. The more I see this set and the beautiful way the images stand out, the more I think I should get it. Your card is so beautiful. I love the black and white of the stamping and papers, but your addition of colouring on the rose and the sequins just brings it up several levels. Thanks for sharing this great card!
