Watercooler Wednesday Challenge 105 - Marsha's Color Challenge

Marsha gave us this picture as our color challenge.

I ended up making my card twice, my computer showed the colors a little off so after Marsha told me the colors I redid the card.  So if you want to know the colors in Stampin' UP! colors left to right, I would suggest the colors of Very Vanilla, Blushing Bride, Peekaboo Peach, Rich Razzleberry, Emerald Envy (since we don't have a current dark green) and Mint Macaron.

I used a Sale a bration stamp set called "Avant Garden" as well as "Watercolor Wishes". I used Very Vanilla, Mint Macron and Blushing Bride card stock and Blushing Bride, Peekaboo Peach, Mint Macron and Emerald Envy ink.

Check out the projects that the artists at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges have created then take the challenge and link your creation to the challenge post.

  1. Hi Kath............Your colors are beautiful as well. That is what I like about color challenges is the versatility and imagination that we see with each card. The Avant Garden stamp set is so lovely. I have it coming with my next order and have seen so many different ways of showing it. I love what you have done with the stamp set.

  2. Thanks Kath for sharing your colours and your beautifully stamped card. I feel a CAS coming on. My Avant Garde hasn't seen ink yet. Beautiful card.

  3. Love your card, Kath. There is such an elegance to this type of masking. The Avant Garden set really allowed you to use those colours beautifully. Love those blossoms and tiny leaves as well as the matting. I keep forgetting to use the sentiments from my Watercolor Wishes set---which is really too bad since that's one of the reasons I bought the kit.
