Halloween Treat Topper

I made a little goodie bag for my granddaughter to take to her Preschool/Daycare Miss Jill. Miss Jill loves all things pumpkin spice so I thought these were perfect.
I used retired card stock and framelits for the topper I used the Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies to make the scene on the topper.
