The Wacky Watercooler April Blog Hop

Welcome to my stop along the Wacky Watercooler Blog Hop! You may have hopped over from Gail's Blog and I am sure you enjoyed all the ideas she had to share! If you are starting with me keep on hopping and you will circle around to Gail.

With Spring comes a need for get well cards, so many of my friends are having surgery so I thought this was a fun card.  I saw a card like this on Pinterest but it had a broken link so I don't know who to credit with the idea.

Ink: Island Indigo
Accessories: Punches- 3/4" Circle, Wide Oval, 1 3/4" Circle, Circles from the Owl punch, Word Bubble Framelits, Big Shot, Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder, Dimensionals

With my husbands recent knee replacements I have needed a lot of Thank you cards, I am getting ready to have both my knees scoped so I am sure I will need a lot more. I love gray and pink, I also love the chalkboard technique. This cards has it all and more.

Thanks, Kath, for being part of this blog hop. Your projects are all screaming "CASE me", "CASE me". I especially love the bandaid card. That is going to go into my "get well" files. I like finding things to make people smile when they're not feeling well or are in the hospital. This one fits the bill. I, too, love grey and pink and the chalkboard technique. What a great combination you've used! And then there's the basket---love it. Will CASE it.

Kath, wonderful projects. I really like how the doily is draped over the side of the basket. Can't beat the band-aid card. It's great!

Love the band-aid card, too cute. I see this card in my card buffet future, my ladies will love it. So glad your husband is getting better, sure you will be happy when both of you are healed!

every one of these is awesome, Kath! I've seen the "bandaid" design before, but your little punch person and speech bubble really amp up the cuteness!
