Water Cooler Swaps part 2

I had two classes yesterday, so I only posted 2 cards because I was crazy busy.  Today I bring you 4!

The first one is from  Stephanie McKinnon. Her note with her swap, credits the idea of the embossing and sponging to Jackie Topa, but the layout and colors were Stephanie's. I have the stamp set she used, it is Fine Flourish. Stephani embossed it in white on Tempting Turquoise and sponged Concord Crush and Rich Razzleberry on it adding a Rhinestone brad to the center. I haven't paired Concord Crush and Tempting Turquoise but I'm sure you will be seeing it soon.

The second card is from Kathe Deck (gets confusing sometimes at the water cooler with Kath, Kathe and Kat) her blog is http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/kathed/blog  what a great way to use the scraps of DSP that you hate to throw away!

Card #3 is from Joanne Do in Hawaii, She used the stamp set Just Believe, I love that set!

Card #4 comes from Buffy Cooper she is another of the long time helps that I have turned to over the years for answers to my Demoing questions.  The stamp set she used is called Strength & Hope, it is a wonderful set that Stampin' UP! has in the summer mini, you will be able to order it in May, in fact I have a class in may that includes this set, you can find her card on her blog http://buffycooper.typepad.com/my_weblog/2011/03/hope.html

This swap has been the most fun of any I have been in and since we decided to mail them to each other individually instead one lump to one person to divide and send in one lump it has been so much fun checking the mail and finding a new card waiting. The fun has been going on for a few weeks so far and there are still more to come.  This swap has been so much fun that we have decided to do a second swap will be in June.

On a non stamping note, my oldest son Ryan entered in a Film Festival some of the short films he has made this year, he got 1st in music video, 2nd in animation, and 3rd in short films. He was pretty happy!
